WHO CAN USE THE SERVICE?

Our service supports vulnerable children and young people aged 0 – 19 years, which is extended to age 25 if an individual has a special education need or disability. The service can also be accessed by any agency or professional working with vulnerable children and young people in the primary sector for example; GPs, health visitors, school nurses, teachers, education welfare officers, social workers, and voluntary agencies.
